The Project Manager will assist in the transition between the sales process and daily operations; this includes estimating, material/subcontractor buy-out on projects, field support, and work as part of a team to see projects are finished with high quality, on time and on budget. This position will require strong communication skills, business development skills and problem solving abilities and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing budgets for each Industrial Services project as well as the budget for the Industrial Services Division.
  • Assist and perform in estimates/project takeoffs on Industrial Services projects, as needed.
  • Maximize T&M projects (sales) and their profitability (execution).
  • Prepare material lists, equipment lists, and schedules for projects that have been sold.
  • Assist in assigning job tasks to personnel based on needs and individual capabilities
  • Provide input and solutions for customer satisfaction issues.
  • Work hand-in-hand with VP of Industrial Services and Operations Manager of Industrial Services in overall project planning, scoping and completion.
  • Assure that OSHA, any local and company safety rules are followed.
  • Assist in the development of all current and future employees in the Industrial Services Division including but not limited to training, coaching, and overall support of employees as needed for their success and growth within the business.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering Technology.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in electrical construction.
  • Working knowledge of electrical codes.
  • Maintain appropriate license to perform electrical work at any work location.
  • Ability to lead, direct, train, coach and counsel teammates.
  • Strong ability to communicate both internally (Bass personnell) and externally (vendors, customers, subcontractors, etc.) to ensure project completion while maximizing customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Must have basic computer skills, such as Excel, Word Outlook and the ability to learn new programs as needed.

Bass Mechanical is looking for an experienced, self-starting, highly-motivated Mechanical/Millwright Foreman.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Studying blueprints, manuals and specifications
  • Gathering supplies needed for installation, dismantling, repairing of heavy equipment and machinery
  • Leading a mechanical team, and organizing tasks and workflow for efficient, on-time project completion

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Millwright and rigging experience
  • MSHA 46 or 48 experience is a plus
  • Welding certifications are a plus
  • Must accomplish objectives using safe practices and procedures
  • Must have mechanical aptitude and be able to troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance
  • Must be proficient with a working knowedge in hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Possess excellent interpersonnel communication skills in deatling with customers
  • Must be able to work with minimal supervision and make on the spot decisions in order to accomplish job objectives under tight deadlines

Candidate must have own basic hand tools. Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record. Candidate should be drug free, reliable, care about detail & quality, able to multi-task and follow directions. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. frequently and able to work at heights without fear. Candidate must be able to travel up to 21 days straight.


This is a highly skilled position performing troubleshooting and general mechanical maintenance of manufacturing equipment, while placing a strong emphasis on safe work practices.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Installation, alterations, additions and/or repairs of mechanical systems, and associated materials and equipment within the commercial, industrial mechanical industry
  • Assist on projects by performing tasks under the supervision of the Job Foreman
  • Installing the work on handling bulk of materials
  • Assist in wire pulls
  • Mounting and strapping
  • Maintain equipment and tools in proper working order

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Able to use pipe threading equipment
  • Possess bending and rigging skills
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Read and comprehend various schematics including European versions
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Instrumentation experience, a plus
  • Available for overtime and emergency call-ins
  • Experience directing jobs and teams, a plus
  • Should be service and customer-service oriented
  • Shows commitment to the job, demonstrated by appearence, tools, and personal pride in work performed

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Bass Mechanical is seeking an experienced industrial electrician foreman. The Electrical Foreman will be capable of running smaller projects and service calls, with responsibility to oversee additional electricians as needed. This is a highly skilled position which includes troubleshooting and general electrical maintenance of manufacturing equipment, while placing a strong emphasis on safe work practices. Candidate must have the ability to lead a team, and organize tasks and workflow for efficient, on-time project completion.

Duties/Responsibilities:

•   Experience with all wiring methods associated with construction electrical work
•    Properly interpret code requirements regarding wire size, conduit size, de-rating over current protection, etc.
•    Able to use pipe threading equipment
•    Possess conduit bending and rigging skills
•    Proficient in Relay Logic, PLCs, AC/DC Drives
•    Strong troubleshooting skills
•    Read and comprehend various schematics including European versions
•    Instrumentation experience
•    Experience directing jobs and teams

Should be service and customer-service oriented and show commitment to the job, demonstrated by appearance, tools and personal pride in work performed. Individual must be available for overtime and emergency call-ins. Must be able to do mechanical work when needed. Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Position will include local projects as well as overnight travel (up to 20% annually).
