Bass Annnounces New President

LANCASTER, PA – Bass, an industrial contracting company located in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania, announced that its Board of Directors has unanimously chosen Jeffrey Ream as the business’s next President effective May 8th.

“The board and I are confident that Jeff is the right person to build on Bass’ momentum and lead the company into even greater success” said Jade Dunivant, chairwoman of Bass’ board of directors. “He is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in this industry whom we believe will also protect and cultivate the positive work environment at Bass. We are very lucky to have him join our team”.

The entire team at Bass is poised and ready for the stabilization of the company, the growth of the business, and the challenges for success” said Ream. “My genuine, transparent, and servant leadership style will engage innovation and positive change throughout the organization without majorly disrupting the experience and success Bass has seen to date”.

Ream's 38 years of industry knowledge has provided him the benefit of managing through the economic cycles of the industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Elizabethtown College and most recently completed his MBA/strategic management from Villanova University.

Ream succeeds Casey Baum, who stepped down from CEO to pursue another career path after serving Bass for three and a half years with the family company.

For over 20 years, Bass has continued to adapt and grow. As the company looks forward, they will continue to provide a high level of craftsmanship, service, and company culture to its customers and employees and continue to evolve as a leader in the industrial contracting industry.
